Cancel a Coach Interest and Contact the Coach Again
Close an Active Coach interest, understand what happens to the existing conversation, and send a new interest later.
Cancel the interest
- Open Coaches.
- Open My Interests.
- Find the Active interest.
- Select Remove.
- Wait for the Interest cancelled confirmation.
What changes
- The interest status changes from Active to Cancelled.
- The Cancelled card no longer shows Open Chat or Remove actions in My Interests.
- The Coach can become available in Discover again after the lists refresh.
What happens to the old chat
Cancelling the interest does not delete the existing chat automatically. The conversation may remain as a historical record in Messages.
Contact the Coach again
- Return to Coaches, Discover.
- Find the Coach again.
- Open the Coach profile.
- Select Show Interest to create a fresh interest and a new chat.
If cancellation fails
- Refresh My Interests and check whether the interest is already Cancelled.
- Confirm the account is online.
- Try again from the same Player account that created the interest.
