View and Manage My Coach Interests
Track Active and Cancelled Coach enquiries and open the chat for an Active interest.
Open My Interests
- Select Coaches from the Player bottom navigation.
- Open My Interests.
Information shown
- Coach name.
- Coach specialisation when available.
- When the interest was sent.
- The original Player message when one was added.
- Active or Cancelled status.
Active status
Active means the interest was sent and the Player–Coach chat is available. It does not mean the Coach has accepted an enrolment or agreed to training.
Open the conversation
- Find the Active interest.
- Select Open Chat.
- The app opens Player Messages.
- Select the conversation labelled Interest to open the thread.
Note: Open Chat currently opens the Messages list rather than deep-linking directly into the selected thread.
Cancelled status
A Cancelled interest has no Open Chat or Remove action in My Interests. The Coach may appear in Discover again so the Player can send a fresh enquiry.
