Create a Training Batch

Create a scheduled group under a recurring or Fixed Duration Camp and optionally assign Academy coaches.

Who can create Batches

The Academy owner and Academy staff with Programs & Batches permission can create and manage Academy Batches. Academy-assigned Coaches can view only the Batches assigned to them.

Before you begin

  • Create an active Recurring Subscription or Fixed Duration program for the selected branch.
  • Per Session Programs cannot be selected for a Batch.
  • Prepare the batch name, training days, start time, end time and player capacity.

Open the batch form

  1. During initial Academy setup, continue from Training Programs to Training Batches and select Create First Batch.
  2. After setup, open Batches from the Academy navigation and select Add. If no batches exist, select Create Batch.

Enter the batch details

  1. Choose the program under Select Program.
  2. Enter the required Batch Name.
  3. Select one or more Training Days.
  4. Set the Start Time and End Time.
  5. Review Maximum Players. The default is 15.

Assign coaches

  1. Under Assign Coaches, select one or more available Academy coaches if required.
  2. Leave the selection empty when coaches will be assigned later.
Note: During the first mobile-app setup, no coaches are available in the batch form. Add coaches later from the Academy coach-management area, then edit the batch to assign them.

Save the batch

  1. Select Create Batch.
  2. During initial setup, confirm that the batch appears under Added Batches.
  3. Add another batch if required, then select Continue.

If a program does not appear

  • Confirm that the program belongs to the currently selected branch.
  • Confirm that the program is active.
  • Confirm that the program is Recurring Subscription or Fixed Duration, not Per Session.
