Create a Training Program

Who can create Programs

The Academy owner and Academy staff with Programs & Batches permission can create and manage Academy Programs. Academy-assigned Coaches cannot create or edit Academy Programs.

Before you begin

• Confirm that the correct branch is selected.
• Choose the appropriate program type.
• Prepare the program name, age group, skill level, pricing and description.

Open the program form

1. During initial Academy setup, select Start Setup and continue to Training Programs.
2. After setup, open Programs from the Academy navigation and select Add. If no programs exist, select Create Program.

Choose the program type

1. Select Recurring Subscription, Per Session Program or Fixed Duration Camp.

Enter the common program details

1. Enter the Program Name.
2. Select the Age Group.
3. Select the Skill Level.
4. Enter the Program Description.

Add pricing for a Recurring Subscription

1. Select Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly or Annually under Billing Cycle.
2. Enter the Fee Amount for the selected billing period.
3. Enable Collect GST/Tax only when tax should be added to the fee.
4. Enter the Tax Percentage when tax is enabled.

Add pricing for a Per Session Program

1. Enter the Price per Session.
2. Enable Collect GST/Tax if required.
3. Enter the Tax Percentage when tax is enabled.

Add details for a Fixed Duration Camp

1. Select the Start Date.
2. Enter the Duration in days.
3. Enter the Total Fee.
4. Enable Collect GST/Tax if required.
5. Enter the Tax Percentage when tax is enabled.

Save the program

1. Select Save Program.
2. During initial setup, confirm that the program appears under Added Programs.
3. Add another program if required, then select Continue.
