Understand Independent Coach Operations and Coach Pro Access

Compare Coach Starter and Coach Pro, then understand how personal programs, Players, sessions, fees, chats and Community work.

Choose the correct Coach access level

Coach Starter supports the Coach profile and Academy-assigned work. Personal coaching operations are locked until Coach Pro is active. Coach Pro unlocks personal programs, personal Players, session scheduling, attendance, fees, revenue, Coach-owned chats and Community posting or discovery.

  • Complete and edit the Coach profile
  • View Academy attachments and assigned Batches
  • View Academy schedules
  • Mark attendance for assigned Academy Batches
  • Use Academy group chats when added as a member

Unlocked by Coach Pro

  • Create personal one-to-one and Group Coaching programs
  • Create personal Group Coaching Batches
  • Invite and manage personal Players
  • Schedule and track personal sessions
  • Mark personal Batch attendance
  • Manage personal fees, payments and revenue
  • Create personal Batch groups and one-to-one Player chats
  • Access Coach Community features for matches and tournaments

Main Coach Pro work areas

  • Training: create one-to-one or Group Coaching programs and personal Batches
  • My Players: invite Players, verify consent, enrol them and review their coaching records
  • Attendance: mark personal Batch attendance and review saved records
  • Personal Fees: review dues, record offline payments, waive fees and send reminders
  • Chats: create personal Batch groups and one-to-one Player chats
  • Community: create and discover matches and tournaments through an eligible Coach Pro account

Keep Academy and personal work separate

Academy assignments remain controlled by the Academy. Personal programs, Players, Batches, sessions, fees and Coach-created chats belong to the Independent Coach workspace. Academy fees and Academy Player records do not become personal Coach records.

Where to begin

  1. Activate Coach Pro from Coach Plans when required.
  2. Open Training and create the first personal program.
  3. For Group Coaching, create a Batch under the program.
  4. Open My Players to invite and enrol Players.
  5. Use Attendance, Personal Fees and Chats for ongoing operations.

When Coach Pro is cancelled

The current plan screen states that Pro access continues until the effective billing date. After the plan returns to Coach Starter, personal training data is kept but personal programs, Players, sessions, fees and revenue are locked until the Coach subscribes again.
