How to Create a Player Account
Create a Player account in the VR SPORT mobile app and continue to the required profile setup.
Before you begin
- Install the VR SPORT mobile app.
- Use the 10-digit Indian mobile number that will be used to access the Player account.
- A mobile number can be connected to only one VR SPORT account type.
Step 1: Start Player signup
- Open the VR SPORT app.
- Select Sign Up or Create Account.
- Enter the 10-digit mobile number and select Continue.
- VR SPORT checks whether the mobile number already belongs to an account before continuing.
Step 2: Verify the mobile number
- Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to the mobile number.
- Select Verify if the screen does not continue automatically after the sixth digit.
- Use Resend OTP after the countdown if the code does not arrive.
- Never share the OTP with another person or with VR SPORT Support.
Step 3: Choose Player
- On Choose Account Type, select Player.
- Review the notice that one mobile number can have only one account type.
- VR SPORT creates the new Player account and opens Complete Your Profile.
Note: If an Academy or Coach has already enrolled this mobile number as a Player, log in instead of creating another account. The app opens the incomplete Player profile when required.
Step 4: Complete the Player profile
The Player account cannot access the full app until the required profile sections are complete. Add the requested profile, identity, contact and address details, verify the email address and select Complete Profile & Continue.
If signup is interrupted
VR SPORT creates an incomplete Player record after Player is selected. Open the app and log in again with the same mobile number. After OTP verification, the app returns to Complete Your Profile.
