Mobile Number Already Registered
Use the existing account when the mobile number is already connected to VR SPORT.
What the message means
Before sending a signup OTP, the website checks whether the mobile number already belongs to an Academy, Coach, Player or staff account.
A registered number cannot be used to create another VR SPORT account type.
Note: The signup message for an existing Academy or Coach account is: An account with mobile number [number] already exists. Please login to continue.
What to do for an Academy or Coach account
- Confirm that the mobile number is correct.
- Select Log in to your account, or open the website login screen.
- Enter the same number and complete OTP verification.
- If the account setup was not finished, continue from the setup or plan step shown after login.
What to do for a Player or staff account
- Player: download the VR SPORT app and sign in with the same mobile number.
- Staff: use the VR SPORT app. The academy manages staff access and the staff login number.
- To create a genuinely separate account type, use a different mobile number that is not already registered.
