A Saved Change Does Not Appear After Refresh

Safely verify a change that appears to save but is missing, delayed or replaced by older cloud data.

Verify the context first

  • Confirm the correct account type is logged in.
  • Confirm the selected Academy branch, Program, Batch, Player or Coach.
  • Confirm that a search or status filter is not hiding the updated record.
  • Check whether the record moved to Active, Inactive, Deactivated or Archived.

Refresh safely

  1. Wait for the success message or completion screen.
  2. Return to the previous screen and reopen the record.
  3. Close and reopen the feature.
  4. Confirm the device has an internet connection.
  5. Close and reopen the app.
  6. Log out and log in again when the old state remains.

Avoid duplicate actions

  • Do not repeat an online payment while the first transaction is processing.
  • Do not create a second Player, Coach, Program, Batch, Match or Tournament to replace a record that may still be saving.
  • Do not send repeated invitations or OTP requests without checking the existing state.

Known controls requiring caution

  • Some staff activation and deactivation behaviour is not consistently persisted.
  • The Player Academy Active or Inactive profile toggle is not a confirmed reliable control. Use Program enrolment controls instead.
  • Some group membership updates require runtime validation after assignment changes.
  • Some subscription activation and payment updates depend on server callbacks and may be delayed.

Contact Support with evidence

Share the screen name, navigation path, exact action, approximate time, expected result, actual result and a screenshot. Include record names or payment references where relevant. Never share an OTP or payment credential.
