Recover Your Account After Losing Mobile Access
Use the verified recovery email and a new mobile number to restore an Academy, Coach or Player login.
Before you begin
- The account must already have a verified recovery email.
- You must have access to that email.
- You need a new 10-digit mobile number that is not used by another VR SPORT account.
Start recovery
- Open the VR SPORT login screen.
- Select Lost access to your phone?
- Enter the registered recovery email.
- Select the option to send the recovery code.
Verify account ownership
- Open the registered email inbox.
- Enter the six-digit recovery code.
- Select Verify Code.
- If the code expired, restart the recovery request and use the latest code.
Set and verify the new mobile number
- Enter the new 10-digit mobile number.
- Select Send OTP.
- Enter the six-digit OTP sent to the new number.
- Select Verify & Update Number.
Log in again
Recovery signs out the temporary recovery session. Select Log In with New Number and use the new mobile number. The old number no longer works for the account.
Recovery email is missing or inaccessible
The current self-service recovery flow cannot continue without access to the verified email. Contact VR SPORT Support and provide the account type, previous mobile number and identifying account information.
