Add and Delete Private Coach Notes for an Academy Batch
Record private drill plans, observations and reminders against an assigned Academy Batch.
Open Coach Notes
- Open My Academies.
- Select an assigned Academy Batch.
- Scroll to Coach Notes.
Add a note
- Enter the drill plan, observation or reminder in the note field.
- Select Add Note.
- Wait for the saved note to appear in the list.
Review saved notes
- Notes are shown newest first.
- Each note shows its saved date and time.
- Notes are private to the logged-in Coach.
- Academy owners, staff, Players and other Coaches do not see these private notes through this screen.
Delete a note
- Find the note to remove.
- Select the delete icon beside the note.
- Wait for the note to disappear from the list.
Current editing limitation
Note: The current Coach Batch screen supports adding and deleting notes but does not provide a visible Edit Note action. To correct a note, delete it and add a replacement.
