Review an Assigned Academy Batch as a Coach
View the Batch schedule, linked program, next session, enrolled Players and private Coach notes without changing Academy records.
Open the Batch detail
- Open My Academies.
- Find the required Academy and branch.
- Select the assigned Batch.
Information shown
- Batch name
- Academy and branch
- Training days
- Start and end time
- Linked program where available
- Next scheduled session
- Today or Tomorrow label where applicable
- Countdown when the next session starts later today
- Alphabetical Player roster
Read-only Academy records
The Player roster is loaded from the Academy's active Batch enrolments. The Coach can review the listed Players but cannot add, remove, enrol or transfer Players from this screen.
If a Player is missing
- Confirm that the Coach opened the correct Academy and Batch.
- Ask the Academy owner to confirm that the Player is actively enrolled in the Batch program.
- Ask the Academy owner to confirm that the Player is assigned to this Batch.
- Refresh the Coach account after the Academy saves the assignment.
