View Your Academy Assignments as a Coach
Open My Academies to review active Academy attachments, assigned branches, Batches, schedules and Player counts.
Open My Academies
- Log in to the Coach account.
- Select Academies from the bottom navigation, or select View All under My Academies on the Coach dashboard.
- Review the Academy and Total Batches summary cards.
Review each Academy card
- Academy name and logo where available
- Assigned branch name
- Active attachment status
- Number of Batches assigned under that Academy
- Recurring training days and start and end times for each assigned Batch
- Player count for each Batch
Open an assigned Batch
- Select the required Academy Batch.
- Review the schedule, linked program and next session.
- Review the Player roster and private Coach Notes section.
If an Academy is not listed
- The Academy may not have invited this registered Coach mobile number.
- The Academy attachment may have been removed or detached.
- The Coach may be logged in with a different mobile number.
- Ask the Academy owner to review Coaches Info and the Coach attachment status.
If the Academy is listed but no Batches appear
Note: The Coach is attached to the Academy but has not been assigned to an active Batch. The Academy owner must add or change Batch assignments from Coach Management or the Batch setup workflow.
