Troubleshoot Academy-Assigned Coach Access

Resolve missing Academies, Batches, Players, attendance records, chats, announcements and read-only access questions in the Coach account.

No Academy Attachments

  • Confirm that the Academy invited the same mobile number used to log in.
  • Complete the Coach profile if the account is still in setup.
  • Ask the Academy owner to review Coaches Info and confirm the attachment is Active.
  • Log out and log in again after the Academy re-adds the Coach.

Academy appears but no Batches are assigned

  • The Coach may be attached only at branch level.
  • Ask the Academy owner to assign an active Batch.
  • The previous Batch may have been deactivated or the Coach assignment removed.

A Player is missing from the Batch

  • The Player may not be actively enrolled in the Batch program.
  • The Player may not be assigned to that Batch.
  • The Coach may be viewing another branch or Batch.
  • The Academy must correct Player enrolment and Batch assignment.

Attendance is unavailable or inconsistent

  • Confirm that the Batch appears under Academy Batches in the Coach Attendance screen.
  • Future dates cannot be marked.
  • Review every Player before saving because unselected Players default to Present in the current screen.
  • Refresh both Academy and Coach accounts after saving a correction.
  • Contact Support if the same Batch and date continue showing different results.

An Academy chat is missing

  • The Academy may not have created the relevant group.
  • The Coach may not be assigned to the related branch or Batch.
  • The group may be deactivated or archived.
  • Clear the search field and use the Academy chats filter.
  • Ask the Academy owner to review the group members and Coach assignment.

The Coach cannot send a message

  • The group may be a read-only announcement group.
  • The group may be deactivated or archived.
  • The Coach may no longer be an active member.
  • Coach-created groups require an active Coach Pro subscription, but Academy-assigned chat membership does not.

The Coach cannot edit Academy records

Note: This is expected. Academy-assigned Coach access is intentionally limited. The Academy owner or authorised staff must manage Programs, Batches, Players, fees, branches, staff and subscription settings.
