Understand VR SPORT Notification Types
Know which categories the Notification Center can display and which alerts are directly confirmed in the current app source.
Directly confirmed notification events
- New program enrolment: the Player is notified when a new Academy program enrolment is created.
- New fee added: the Player is notified when one or more fee records are generated for an enrolment.
Categories supported by the Notification Center
- Matches and competition
- Batches and schedules
- Enrolments
- Attendance
- Fees and payments
- Coach interests
- Subscriptions and plan offers
- Announcements
- App updates and promotions
- General system information
Availability can vary
A supported category does not guarantee that every event currently generates a notification. Additional alerts depend on the corresponding product workflow, backend trigger, administrative campaign or staged rollout being active.
Chat activity is separate
Unread chat messages are primarily shown through the Messages or Chats experience. Group-level notification behaviour can be muted separately from the general Notification Center.
Use the feature record as the source of truth
Note: For fees, enrolments, matches, tournaments, attendance and subscriptions, open the relevant feature to confirm the current status. A notification is an alert, not the authoritative operational record.
