Record an Offline Player Payment
Record a cash, UPI, bank or other payment against a specific Player fee.
Who can record a payment
The Academy owner and Academy staff with Players & Fees permission can record payments.
Before you begin
- Confirm that the Player has an active enrolment and a generated due or upcoming fee.
- Confirm the amount received, payment mode and payment date.
- Open the correct Academy branch.
Open the Player’s fee history
- Open Finance.
- Select Manage Fees & Payments.
- Find and select the Player.
- Expand Dues.
Record a due payment
- Select Record Payment.
- Select the required fee under Select Fee to Pay.
- Enter the Payment Amount.
- Select Cash, UPI, Bank or Other under Payment Mode.
- Select the Payment Date.
- Select Confirm Payment.
- Wait for the Payment Recorded confirmation.
Record an advance payment
- Expand Upcoming Fees.
- Select Pay in Advance.
- Select the future fee.
- Enter the amount, payment mode and payment date.
- Select Confirm Payment.
Note: Upcoming fees are future fee records. They are visible for advance payment but are not counted as current dues before the due date.
Partial payments
The payment amount can be lower than the remaining fee balance. VR SPORT applies the entered amount to the selected fee and keeps the remaining balance as due. The amount cannot be applied above the remaining balance.
Waive a fee
When the account has permission, the Record Payment sheet also shows Waive this fee for a current due. Enter a required reason and select Confirm Waiver.
Note: Important: Waiving sets the balance to ₹0 and marks the fee settled. The app states that this action cannot be undone. Do not use Waive to record a payment.
Common messages
- Player enrolment not found
- No unpaid fee found for the selected period
- The fee may already be paid or not yet generated
- You do not have permission to waive fees
- A reason is required to waive a fee
- This fee is already settled
