Send a Player Fee Reminder on WhatsApp
Open a pre-filled WhatsApp reminder for a Player’s unpaid fee.
Before you begin
- The Player must have a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number in the Academy record.
- The Player must have an unpaid fee under Dues.
- WhatsApp must be available on the device or browser used to open the link.
Send the reminder
- Open Finance → Manage Fees & Payments.
- Find and select the Player.
- Expand Dues.
- Find the required program and billing period.
- Select Notify.
- Review the pre-filled WhatsApp message.
- Send the message from WhatsApp.
Information included in the message
- Player name
- Program name
- Amount due
- Billing month and year
- Due date
- A request to complete the payment
Important limitation
Notify opens WhatsApp click-to-chat with a prepared message. VR SPORT does not send the message automatically. The Academy user must review and send it from WhatsApp.
If WhatsApp does not open
- Confirm that the Player mobile number is valid and contains 10 digits.
- Update the Player contact details when the app reports Invalid phone number.
- Confirm that pop-ups or external links are allowed.
- Copy the fee details and contact the Player manually if required.
