Understand Report Plan Entitlements and Staff Permissions
Learn how Academy plan definitions and the Reports & Exports staff permission compare with the current app interface.
Plan definitions in the product model
- Free is defined as current data with no report generation.
- Growth is defined as report generation without report downloads.
- Premium is defined as report generation and report downloads.
Staff permission
Academy owners can assign a Reports & Exports permission to staff. The permission is intended to control report and export access alongside branch assignments.
Current interface status
The current app does not expose a reachable dedicated Reports screen, so the Growth report-generation entitlement and the staff Reports & Exports permission do not currently open a separate report workflow.
Current export mismatch
The Academy fee CSV Download button is implemented inside Manage Fees & Payments without a plan or Reports & Exports permission check. This does not match the plan and permission definitions and should be corrected before launch.
Practical guidance
Note: Use existing dashboard and Finance analytics as operational summaries. Do not promise a full report generator or Premium-only report download suite until the dedicated feature is implemented and tested.
