Resolve an Academy Limit Reached Message
Understand Player, branch, Program and Batch limits, what currently counts toward each limit, and how to continue safely.
Identify which limit was reached
VR SPORT displays a limit message when the selected Academy plan no longer allows another Player, branch, Program or Batch. Open the relevant screen and read the reason shown below the disabled Add or Upgrade button.
Current Academy limits
- Free: up to 20 enrolled Players across the Academy, one branch, five Programs per branch and ten Batches per branch.
- Growth: up to 50 enrolled Players per branch, up to two branches, five Programs per branch and ten Batches per branch.
- Premium: unlimited Players, branches, Programs and Batches under the current product rules.
What counts toward Program and Batch limits
- Active and deactivated Programs count toward the Program limit.
- Active and deactivated Batches count toward the Batch limit.
- Archived Programs and Batches are excluded from the current limit count.
- A Program or Batch must normally be deactivated before it can be archived.
What to do next
- Confirm that the correct branch and subscription plan are selected.
- Archive an old deactivated Program or Batch only when its historical use no longer requires it to remain in the active management list.
- Upgrade the Academy plan when the Academy needs capacity beyond the current entitlement.
- After a successful upgrade, close and reopen the restricted screen. Log out and log in again if the old limit remains visible.
Branch-limit caution
Note: The current Branch Management logic counts existing branch records. Deactivating a branch may not immediately create a new branch slot. Contact VR SPORT Support before creating replacement branch records when the plan limit has already been reached.
Contact Support when
- The plan is active but the old limit remains after a new login.
- The displayed count does not match the Academy records.
- An archived Program or Batch still appears to count toward the limit.
- A plan payment succeeded but the entitlement did not update.
