Review Academy and Personal Coach Attendance as a Player
Browse monthly attendance, view program-level percentages and review individual Academy and personal Coach session records.
Open My Attendance
Select Attendance from the Player dashboard. The screen loads Academy attendance and personal Coach attendance recorded for the Player.
Choose a month
Use the month arrows to browse attendance. The current implementation allows browsing the current month and a recent historical window. Future months cannot be selected.
Monthly summary
- Attendance percentage
- Sessions attended
- Present count
- Absent count
- On Leave count where available
Program Breakdown
Open Program Breakdown to compare attendance by Academy or personal Coach program. Each row shows the source, total sessions, Present, Absent, On Leave and attendance percentage.
Session history
Attendance records are grouped by date and show the program, Academy or Coach, time and status. Late Academy attendance is currently represented as Present. Excused personal Coach attendance is represented as On Leave.
Attendance is read-only
The Player cannot edit attendance. The Academy or Coach that recorded the session must correct an inaccurate record.
