View Personal Coach Fee Analytics and Transactions
Review current-month personal coaching fees, dues and payment history from a Coach Pro account.
Requirement
Personal coaching fees and revenue are part of Coach Pro independent operations. Academy-assigned work does not create personal Coach revenue.
Open personal Finance
- Open the Coach account.
- Open Personal Fees or Finance from the independent coaching area.
- Review Current Month Fees Analytics.
Current Month Fees Analytics
- Total Players counts unique Players represented in the personal fee records.
- Fees Paid sums current-month fee records marked Paid.
- Fees Due sums current-month fee records that are neither Paid nor Waived.
Review transactions
- Paid personal fees are grouped by payment month.
- Search by Player name.
- Review the Program, amount, date, payment mode and stored transaction or receipt reference.
Export availability
Note: The current Coach interface does not provide a working general report download or personal-fee CSV export.
