Edit Player Information from the Academy Account
Understand which Player details the Academy can edit before and after the Player completes the account profile.
Open edit mode
- Open Players.
- Open the required Player profile.
- In Contact Information, select Edit.
Before the Player completes the account profile
When the Player account has not yet been activated through a completed profile, the Academy can edit the available Player record fields.
- Player name.
- Date of birth.
- Registered mobile number.
- Email address.
- Additional guardian contact details.
- Address, city, district and pincode.
After the Player completes the account profile
After the Player completes the personal account profile, the Player controls personal identity and profile fields. The Academy edit screen is limited to the additional guardian contact information.
Save the changes
- Update the permitted fields.
- Select Save.
- Reopen the Player profile and verify the saved information.
If a field cannot be changed
Note: The Academy should not replace Player-controlled profile information after profile completion. Ask the Player to update the personal profile from the Player account, or contact VR SPORT Support when account access prevents the change.
