Open a Player Profile and Review Academy Records
Review the Player’s contact information, programs, fees, batches, attendance and recorded match performance.
Open the Player profile
- Open Players in the Academy account.
- Find the Player by name, mobile number, email, program or batch.
- Select the View Profile icon on the Player card.
Review contact and address information
- Registered Player mobile number.
- Verified email when available.
- Date of birth when available.
- Additional guardian contact information.
- Recorded address information.
Review program enrolments
- Active program name.
- Original enrolment date.
- Fee Paid or Fee Due status.
- Current outstanding amount.
- Schedule Session action for eligible Per Session enrolments with remaining credits.
Review batch and attendance information
- All active batches connected to the Player’s active enrolments.
- Batch timing.
- Last attended information.
- Current-month attendance count for each batch.
Review performance
The Performance section shows match and tournament statistics after authorised team managers record Player statistics. It may include matches, runs, wickets, batting, bowling, fielding and tournament results.
Records are branch-specific
Note: The Academy opens a Player from the selected branch. Program and batch information on the profile reflects the enrolments loaded for that branch.
