Enrol an Existing Academy Player in Another Program

Before you begin

• Select the branch containing the Player and the target program.
• The program must be Active.
• This guide applies to Recurring Subscription and Fixed Duration Camp programs.
• The Player must not already have an active enrolment in the target program.

Open the program

1. Open Programs from the Academy account.
2. Open the required program.
3. Select Add Player to Program.

Select the Player

1. Search by Player name or registered mobile number.
2. Select one available Player.
3. Review the program fee.

Set the enrolment details

1. Review or change the Start Date. The screen initially uses the first day of the current month.
2. Add an optional discount. The discount cannot be below ₹0 or above the base program price.
3. Review any configured tax and the final fee.
4. Select Enrol Player.

What happens next

VR SPORT creates an active enrolment for the selected program and generates the applicable fee records. Batch assignment is completed separately from Batch Management.

Player does not appear in the list

• The Player is already actively enrolled in the program.
• The Player does not have any enrolment record in the selected branch.
• The Player account is platform-suspended.
• The Player was removed from the branch and must first be added through Add Player.
