Add, Remove or Move Players Between Batches

Manage Player Batch assignments without unnecessarily ending the linked Program enrolment.

Before you begin

  • The batch must be Active.
  • The Player must have an active enrolment in the program linked to the batch.
  • A Player already assigned to the batch is not listed again.
  • Review the batch capacity before adding Players.

Open Add Players to Batch

  1. Open Batches.
  2. Open the required batch.
  3. Select Add Players to Batch.

Select Players

  1. Search by Player name or mobile number.
  2. Select one or more eligible Players.
  3. Use Select All when every visible Player should be added.
  4. Review the selected Player count.

Complete the assignment

  1. Select Add Player or Add Players to Batch.
  2. Return to the Batch details screen.
  3. Verify the Players list and updated Player count.

Eligibility rule

Note: Only Players actively enrolled in the batch’s linked program can be assigned. Enrol the Player in the program first when the Player does not appear.

Remove a Player from one Batch

  1. Open Batches.
  2. Open the required batch.
  3. Find the Player in the batch Player list.

Remove the assignment

  1. Select Remove beside the Player.
  2. Return to the batch list or reopen the batch to verify the updated Player count.
Note: The current Batch details screen applies Remove immediately and does not display a separate confirmation dialog. Verify the Player before selecting Remove.

What the action changes

  • The selected batch ID is removed from the Player’s program enrolment.
  • The Player remains actively enrolled in the linked program.
  • The Player remains assigned to any other batches in the same enrolment.
  • The program fee and payment records are not removed.
  • Existing attendance records are not deleted.

When no batch remains

The Player stays enrolled in the program without a batch. The Players list may show the program name instead of a batch and training time.

Move a Player between Batches

VR SPORT does not provide a single Transfer button. Moving a Player requires two separate actions: remove the old batch assignment and then add the Player to the new batch.

Remove the old batch

  1. Open the Player’s current batch.
  2. Find the Player.
  3. Select Remove.

Add the new batch

  1. Open the target batch.
  2. Select Add Players to Batch.
  3. Select the Player.
  4. Complete the assignment.

Program eligibility

  • The new batch must belong to the same program as the Player’s active enrolment.
  • When the target batch belongs to another program, enrol the Player in that program first.
  • Review schedule times and batch capacity before completing the move.

After the move

Verify the Player profile, target batch and attendance screen. Group-chat membership linked to the old and new batches may require a refresh before the updated membership is visible.
