Re-Enrol a Player in a Previous Program
Reactivate a previous recurring or Fixed Duration Camp enrolment instead of creating a duplicate record.
When this workflow applies
This workflow applies when a Player previously had a Recurring Subscription or Fixed Duration Camp enrolment in the program and that enrolment is now Inactive.
Re-enrol the Player
- Open Programs.
- Open the previous program.
- Select Add Player to Program.
- Search for and select the Player.
- Review the start date and fee information.
- Select Enrol Player.
How VR SPORT handles the previous record
When the previous program enrolment is found, VR SPORT reactivates the existing enrolment instead of creating a second active enrolment for the same Player and program.
Review previous information
- Previous batch assignments may still be connected to the enrolment and should be reviewed immediately.
- Existing fee records and outstanding balances remain associated with the enrolment.
- Review Finance before recording or requesting a new payment.
