View Academy-Assigned Schedules as a Coach
Review the recurring days, timings and next session for Batches assigned to your Coach account.
Open My Academies
- Log in to the Coach account.
- Open My Academies from the Coach Home or Academy area.
- Select an active Academy.
- Select one of the Batches assigned to your Coach account.
Review the Batch schedule
- The Batch list shows the scheduled weekdays and start and end time.
- The Batch detail shows the full training days, timing and linked program.
- The Next Session card calculates the next scheduled occurrence from the recurring Batch pattern.
- If the next session is today, the screen may show a countdown to the start time.
Read-only Academy schedule
Note: The Academy controls Academy Batch schedules. An Academy-assigned Coach cannot change the training days or timings from My Academies.
If no Batches appear
- The Academy may not have assigned the Coach to a Batch.
- The Academy attachment may no longer be Active.
- The Batch may have been deactivated or the Coach assignment removed.
- Ask the Academy owner to review Coach Management and Batch assignments.
