Troubleshoot Tournaments, Teams and Fixtures
Resolve missing tournament access, full-slot errors, missing teams, squad problems, disabled fixtures, lineup issues and result locks.
Tournament creation is not available
- Confirm the Academy has Premium or the Independent Coach has Coach Pro.
- For Academy staff, confirm Community & Events permission.
- Complete the account sport and location information.
Tournament form will not submit
- Enter Tournament Name, Start Date, End Date, Registration Deadline, exact venue or area and city.
- Select at least one age group and a match format.
- Use a whole-number Teams Allowed value from 3 to 32.
- Enter a positive amount for Paid Entry.
- Make sure End Date is not before Start Date.
Show Interest is blocked
- The tournament may already be full.
- The post may be cancelled or archived.
- Refresh Community to load the current status.
A team is not confirmed
- Showing interest alone does not fill a slot.
- Open or create the private chat.
- Both the host and participant must confirm the slot.
- Refresh the tournament after confirmation.
A team disappeared or its fixtures were cancelled
The host may have rejected or removed the team. Removing a confirmed team automatically cancels scheduled fixtures involving that team while completed fixtures remain.
Add Fixture is disabled
- Only the host can add fixtures.
- All tournament slots must be filled so the tournament status becomes Confirmed.
- Confirm that the teams appear under Confirmed Teams.
Cannot set a playing XI
- Create the tournament squad first.
- Confirm Players have accepted their invitations or are added as guests.
- Only the team owner can edit its lineup.
- A recorded result locks the lineup until the result is cleared.
Cannot record or edit a fixture result
- Only the tournament host records fixture results.
- The fixture date must be today or in the past.
- Cancelled fixtures do not accept results.
- Results lock 10 days after the fixture date.
Player cannot see tournament performance
- Confirm the Player accepted the tournament invitation.
- Confirm a playing lineup was set for the fixture.
- Confirm the fixture result and Player statistics were recorded.
- Badminton performance statistics are not yet available.
