Why permission modules do not unlock these screens
The five staff permission modules cover day-to-day Academy operations. Owner-only areas control the Academy identity, subscription, financial setup, branch structure and user administration, so they remain restricted to the Academy owner.
Coach assignment inside a batch
A Academy staff member with Programs & Batches may select from available Coaches while creating or editing a batch. This does not give access to the separate owner-only Coach Management screens.
