View Today’s Sessions from the Academy Account
Review today’s recurring Batch training and individually booked Per Session sessions in one Academy view.
Who can open Today’s Sessions
The Academy owner and Academy staff with Attendance & Communication permission can open Today’s Sessions. Academy-assigned Coaches view their own assigned schedule from the Coach account.
Open Today’s Sessions
- Open the Academy Dashboard.
- Select Today’s Sessions.
- Review the date and the summary cards for Total Sessions, Batches and One-to-One Sessions.
Recurring Batch sessions
- Only active Batches scheduled for the current weekday are shown.
- Each Batch card shows the Batch name, program, timing, Player count, Coach and branch information where available.
- Select the Batch arrow to open the Batch details.
Individually booked sessions
- A dated Academy Per Session booking appears when its date is today and its status is Scheduled.
- The card shows the Player, program, start time, calculated end time and assigned Coach where available.
- The current Academy Today’s Sessions screen is primarily a viewing screen for these individual bookings.
How sessions are ordered
Note: VR SPORT combines today’s recurring Batches and dated sessions, then sorts them by start time.
If a session is missing
- Confirm that the Batch is Active and includes the current weekday.
- Confirm that the dated session uses today’s date and remains Scheduled.
- Confirm that the correct branch and program records are loaded.
- Refresh the account after a recent schedule change.
