Stop a Player’s Program Enrolment

Remove an active Player enrolment from one program without deleting the Player account or other Academy enrolments.

Open the program enrolment

  1. Open Programs.
  2. Open the program containing the Player.
  3. Scroll to Enrolled Players.
  4. Find the required Player.

Stop the enrolment

  1. Select Remove beside the Player.
  2. Return to the program or Players list and verify the updated status.
Note: The current Program details screen applies Remove immediately without a separate confirmation dialog. Verify the Player and program before selecting it.

What happens to the enrolment

  • The enrolment status changes to Inactive.
  • The Player no longer counts as actively enrolled in the program.
  • The Player no longer counts toward active batch totals for that enrolment.
  • New recurring fee generation requires an active enrolment and therefore stops for the inactive enrolment.

What is not deleted

  • The Player’s VR SPORT account.
  • Other active program enrolments.
  • Enrolments with other branches or Academies.
  • Existing fee and payment records.
  • Historical attendance and performance records.

Effect on Player status

When this was the Player’s last active enrolment in the selected branch, the Player appears under Inactive.
