View, Search and Filter Academy Players

Who can view Academy Players

The Academy owner and Academy staff with Players & Fees permission can open the Players section. The list is scoped to the branch currently selected in the Academy account.

Open the Players list

1. Open the Academy dashboard.
2. Select Players from the navigation or use the Player quick action.
3. Confirm the required Academy branch is selected.

Search for a Player

1. Use the search field at the top of the Players screen.
2. Enter the Player name, registered mobile number or email address.
3. Open the required Player using the View Profile button.

Filter the Player list

• All shows every visible Player with an enrolment record in the selected branch.
• Active shows Players with at least one active enrolment in the selected branch.
• Inactive shows Players who have branch enrolment history but no active enrolment in that branch.
• Program limits the list to Players actively enrolled in the selected program.
• Batch limits the list to Players actively assigned to the selected batch.

Understand the Player card

• Player name and registered mobile number.
• Platform account status when available.
• Current batch and training time, or the active program when no batch is assigned.
• Current fee indicator showing Paid or the amount currently due.
• Additional batch count when the Player belongs to more than one batch.
