Understand Academy Per Session Credits and Scheduled Bookings
Understand how purchased, scheduled and remaining session counts change for Academy Per Session enrolments.
The three counts
- Purchased or Total is the quantity selected during Per Session enrolment.
- Scheduled is the number of dated session bookings created for the enrolment.
- Remaining is the number of session credits still available for future booking.
When a credit is used
Note: For an Academy Per Session enrolment, the current app reduces the remaining count when the Academy confirms a dated session booking.
Where the counts appear
- The Academy Schedule Sessions screen shows remaining credits and how many sessions are scheduled.
- The Academy Player profile may show remaining Per Session credits.
- The Player Schedule shows the ongoing Per Session program and its remaining-credit progress.
Attendance and credits are different records
- Scheduling creates the dated session and consumes the booking credit.
- Attendance records whether the Player participated.
- A booked session and an attendance record should not be treated as the same action.
Current cancellation limitation
Note: The Academy service supports session statuses internally, but the current Academy user interface does not expose a complete cancellation and automatic credit-restoration workflow. Do not promise restored credits until this behaviour is implemented and tested in the app.
