Enrol an Existing Player in a Per Session Program

Open the Per Session enrolment

1. Open Programs.
2. Open the required Per Session Program.
3. Select Add Player to Program.
4. The Enrol Player (Per Session) screen opens.

Select the Player

1. Search by Player name or mobile number.
2. Select a Player who is not already actively enrolled in the program.
3. Select Continue.

Choose session credits

1. Use the quantity controls to choose at least one session.
2. Review the price per session and base amount.
3. Add an optional discount when required.
4. Review configured tax and the total amount.
5. Continue to the confirmation step.

Confirm the enrolment

1. Review the Player, program, session quantity and total fee.
2. Select Confirm Enrolment.

What happens next

VR SPORT creates the active Per Session enrolment, records the purchased session credits and creates one fee record for the package. The app then offers the Academy an option to begin scheduling sessions.

Track remaining credits

The Player profile displays the remaining credit count and provides Schedule Session while eligible credits remain. Session scheduling and credit handling will be documented in the Schedules and Sessions section.
